Llorando

okay this is ONE of those defining soul-moving musical moments .. it came whilst watching this scene from david lynch's 'mulholland drive'. now i have always been an avid lynch fan, back in days of blue velvet, twin peaks, eraserhead and the lost highway - but this song slowly crept its way to the very edge of my twisted and temperamental soul ..

it was one of the most intense and passionate moments i had watching a song, performance and movie all in one, evoking such a tremendous and powerful stirring in my soul almost spontaneously .. i combusted there and then.

watch rebekah del rio sing 'llorando' with such effervescence - it is both haunting and beautiful, seductive and tragic .. like a feather slowly gliding over the cracks and crevasses of one's psyche in love-lorn or love-torn lust .. you could never be the same again ..
