new order's 'bizarre love triangle' (the extended 12" of course) is my PENULTIMATE dance floor anthem - always has been, always will be .. don't ask me why - it just is .. this song holds so much intensity and power for me - i can't even begin to explain how or why .. i guess music just does that doesn't it ?
it could be a fleeting combination of a bar, a lyrical line or a riff or even a sample - something mysterious and unknown that stirs deep inside .. perhaps it starts with the lyrics .. and climbs slowly into a crescendo of overwhelming cataclysmic despair and delerium - a double edged sword of love, lust and emotion .. twisted, tragic and beautiful - all rolled into one ..
